DOUG DRAGAN
Lead Pastor
CityReach Church Central Valley

Pastor Doug and Nathalie have been in full time ministry for 25 years, and over those years they have ministered to children, youth and adults. Nathalie leads worship as well as the women’s ministry called Freedom Girls. Pastor Doug is responsible for the day to day workings of the church as well as mentoring and training young leaders. They have two daughters, three Golden Retrievers and a heart for the lost.

STEPHEN HALL

Stephen grew up in religion, but was living without faith and was far from a relationship with God. He struggled with addiction for a number of years. In 2011, Stephen was delivered from addiction and accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He served The Lord and grew into a right relationship with Him. In 2012, The Lord confirmed His calling over Stephen’s life to enter into bible school and to eventually enter ministry full-time. In 2013, Stephen met his beautiful wife, Rachel, and the two were wed. In 2014, God miraculously gave Stephen and Rachel their first son, Stephen Jr. God is tremendously blessing this family over and over again and again. They could not be more grateful for all The Lord has done, is doing and what is yet to come.
