CityReach Church Brossard
Joe, a Jewish American/Canadian, became a Christian at the largest English evangelical church in Montréal, Québec and has served there for 25 years, the last 15 of them on staff full time. He and Janet have sensed a call from God to reach the area of Brossard, Québec, just 15 minutes South of Montreal. A city of 85,000 people - 10,000 of them speaking English as a first language, and an unusually high Chinese population, in the province of Québec, where Protestant Evangelical churches make up less than 1% of the population.
As a family, Joe, Janet and Sarah will be transitioning out of fruitful ministry in a large church setting to reach “the one” - those who live without God in what some have called the largest mission field in the Western world. They are privileged to be unlikely people in an overlooked place doing extraordinary things.
